Country Gazette, Alan has continually expanded the breadth of his
vision. Drawn from a series of recordings released on Slim Richey's
Ridge Runner label in the early 1980's, this compilation contains an
incredible display of banjo musicianship. Each cut combines logic,
beauty and rhythmic propulsion. The tunes sparkle with freshness as the
